Greetings People of Different Countries,So, I've been doing some research and I've come up with a new topic for today's blog. Do you think people should have the right to own a hand gun (and conditions for owning the gun.) Turns out, in some major cities where the owning of handguns was outlawed crime rate leaped, however, this does go two ways, sometimes it dove down, but not as often as it leaped. I, by the way, am all for the right to own a gun. So, leave a comment below (I)saying whether you are for or against property of a handgun. (I) (V) (Yes, I am aware this is a crappy arrow, but I thought I'd try it out.)
Greetings America,Today I have some shocking news for you. The government, you know, the ones in charge of our country, they've been hurting us. Yes I know, you're thinking this right now Really E.T? Where have you been? I'll tell you where I've been, hearing about this and telling all the people I love. But let's face it, what power does an uncool, unwanted, not listened to 7th grader have? (Yeah, not much. But that's why I post it here. To tell those what I think is wrong, and maybe, just maybe you'll tell the ones you care about what I blog about and your thoughts.) Okay, back to reality. So, today I was watching my idol, Glenn Beck, and he said that some of the idiots in office were getting their ideas from fiction books! FICTION BOOKS! I write fiction books for Pete's sake!!! (Hey, Mr. President come here for a second. Did you know that fiction means made-up; not real. So I'd appreciate it if you would either get a lump of common sense and figure out what is good for America or resign!!!) And, yes, I do realize many people don't like Glenn Beck, but just for you people, I do tons of research before posting ANYTHING here. Lots of blogs, websites, and reports had what he talked about the way he talked about them. (Well, there was small changes so I knew they didn't come out of Glenn's mouth.) But seriously, there is a reason it's called fiction. Because it's not real!!!! And they were never meant to be real. So, Mr. President, using fiction to build our country is a big no-no. It's like having two buttons on your desk, a big, red, flashing button saying "CAUTION, DO NOT PRESS...EVER!!!" and a green button saying "PRESS FOR SMOOTIES!!!" and playing eenie meenie miny RED! You don't do that, ever.
Greetings Americans,Monday I have decided to try out for my show's show choir. Why am I telling you this, shouldn't I be posting this under my school blog? (I am by the way.) But the song we are required to sing is the Star Spangled Banner. As readers know I think America has gone down hill. (And, if you didn't, you know now.) I mean, have you ever stopped listening to the singer's voice and listened to the lyrics? Oh, yeah, did you know there's four verses to the brilliantly written song, not just the one you here at sports events? I've posted the lyrics below. Take a look. The Star Spangled BannerFrancis Scott Key1814Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early lightWhat so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming? And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet waveO'er the land of the free and the home of the brave? On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep,Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses? Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:'Tis the star-spangled banner! Oh long may it waveO'er the land of the free and the home of the brave! And where is that band who so vauntingly swore,That the havoc of war and the battle's confusionA home and a country should leave us no more!Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps' pollution. No refuge could save the hireling and slaveFrom the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth waveO'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall standBetween their loved home and the war's desolation!Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued landPraise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation. Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall waveO'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
I have a question to all those bloggers blogging from different countries than America. Did you know we were at war? And did you know we helped some of you when we were at war? If you answered yes to both those questions, I have one more question for you. Why won't you help us? Well, do you have an answer? No, well, that's okay. The first step in conquering a bad habit is admitting you have one. Now, just say it with me, now. (Insert your country here--->)__________ needs to help America. Good. Now we need to talk about ways to help America. (Don't worry, this blog doesn't apply to Germany, Russia, China, or other countries who want(ed) to kill the crap out of America, just those we helped, like those in South Africa and places where Americans hid Germans. I know, I probably should have mentioned this before...oops!) One way is to get your government to send the money they owe us to us! That's fair, isn't it? Another way is to actually send your troups into Iraq and Iran. Yes, that one is a little bit gruesome, but, did we not send help to you? Of course we did. I'd like to thank everybody who reads this blog and actually helps us Americans. I promise, for everyone who helps, I will personally make sure you get some sort of reward.-E.T
Greetings Citizens of the World,Today I am in an amazing mood. We watched a movie in English today about the mid-1900s and segregation. Yes, yes, I know what you're thinking. That's wrong or maybe Racist! E.T must be white!!! I'll tell you something, yes I am white, and you can call me a racist as much as you want, if that makes you happy, but, I'm just going to deny it. I was proud of our government back then. Putting down riots instead of denying them. And has anybody heard of Ruby Bridges? Having to go to school with rioting crowds and death threats. Eventually, all the parents pulled their children out of school. People were ridiculous, and I'm sorry but they were wrong and didn't want to admit it. Don't get me wrong, this kid I go to school with, Cole, looked up my name and it means peace and I am very peaceful. I don't think having solders having to escort children to school is right. But right then and there, the government was behaving very well. And that is why our 34th president, Dwight D. Eisenhower is my new favorite president. RIP D.E.-E.T
